I came to live in Quedgeley in 1997 and have lived around Gloucester for most of my life. Through my work I have come into contact with local government, usually at the sharp end, local taxation! I thus appreciate fully that people want to get the best for their council tax.

My wife and I love the way hedgerows and other natural areas that have been allowed to grow and not been made into parklands. I am getting towards retirement, but do not expect to leave the area. I think the people of Quedgeley deserve first class facilities and strive to ensure it is available in the form of the Community Centre.
